-Chicken breast, topped with piece of prosciutto and provolone
Linguini Fra Diavolo with Mussels and Calamari
-Linguini Pasta, White Wine, Crushed Red Pepper, Fresh Mussels, Steamed
Braised Pork with Polenta
-Pork braised with mirepoix, red wine, tomato paste, julienne onions served over polenta
