On The Oval Culinary Creations

COMING THIS SUMMER to Centennial Campus! (Read our news release)

The opening of Wolf Ridge brings an extraordinary new dining facility to the heart of Centennial Campus! Located across from Hunt Library, “On the Oval Culinary Creations” will be the gathering spot for all of the Centennial Campus community to relax and refuel from sun up to sundown and beyond.

The facility will offer indoor and outdoor seating for up to 420 guests and feature four micro restaurants plus a diner for early morning and late night service. Together they offer a variety of options to suit your palate, including low-fat, healthy, vegan and vegetarian options.

On the Oval is designed for everyone:  faculty, staff, students, corporate partners and campus visitors. We look forward to serving you!

Also, look for The Pack Shop at Wolf Ridge, providing Wolfpack apparel and gifts, school supplies, snacks, beverages and a whole lot more. 

Cold Fusion: Sandwiches and wraps made with fresh breads, choice meats and cheeses. Look for specialty salads and soups,
too.

Fahrenheit: Artisan pizza baked in a fire-deck oven, plus an ever changing menu of rotisserie meats and fish, each served with a complementary side item.

Flash Point: Authentic regional Asian flavors, including fresh rolled sushi, noodle bowls with stir fried meats, vegetables and tofu, customized with your favorite sauces and
condiments.

Newton’s Grill: Diner foods, including items hot from the grill menu, breakfast favorites, and more, such as Angus beef burgers, hand-cut fries, and signature grill specials.

Newton’ Diner: A separate, intimate seating area will enable it to operate as its own venue for late nights and weekends.
