The hectic, unpredictable nature of college life can wreak havoc on your diet, especially when you have a food allergy or a medical condition. Our registered dietitian, Lisa Eberhart, is available to help you meet your nutritional goals.

Lisa can help you with a variety of dietary issues, such as:

  • General information about nutrition in the dining halls and on campus
  • Information on particular foods found at the dining hall or any of our quick-service eateries
  • Meeting special dietary needs or preferences of those on a meal plan, related to food allergies or special dietary needs
