As the University prepares for a possible outbreak of the H1N1 virus, University Dining is working to support campus residents who are not well enough to visit a dining facility or are self-quarantined to avoid spread of the virus.
University Dining will provide you a Get-Well Meal Kit stocked with non-perishable foods and drink that can be eaten at your convenience in the comfort of your room. If you are on a meal plan, the Get-Well Meal Kit is free of charge (as we expect that you will be missing meals). Students not on a meal plan may purchase the Get-Well Kit for $15.00 and will be billed.
The kit includes items recommended by Health Services to help you on the road to recovery, including soup, Powerade, Sprite, saltine crackers, snack crackers, applesauce and oatmeal.
Here's the procedure: - Complete and submit the form below.
- Print the response page and give it to your RA, RD, or assistant director of your campus area for a signature.
- Give the form to a friend or roommate. They can then take it to the C-Store you requested to pick up your kit.
We hope you feel better soon. If you have any questions, please email us.
