NC State's Executive Chef, Bill Brizzolara presents, Ask the Chef!
Bill, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, caters all of the
Chancellor and VIP events and is an advisor for Fountain Dining Hall and
other on-campus eating establishments, among other things. He came to
NC State in 1997 having previously served as executive chef at Raleigh's
Wicked Smile Restaurant, banquet chef at the Capital City Club, and
Sous Chef at the Swissotel Atlanta, a four diamond, five star hotel.
