There is never a reason to worry about having enough cash in your pocket to buy supplies at the student bookstore, grab a snack or drink on the way to class, do your laundry in campus residence halls, make photocopies or even buy tickets to campus events. That is, if you take advantage of NC State's AllCampus Network.

With AllCampus, you can go "cashless" on campus.

The AllCampus Network is a debit card system that is accessed through your student ID card. Simply deposit money into the account, and with the swipe of your card, the exact amount of your on-campus purchase is deducted from your balance.

And most importantly, AllCampus is a free service to all NC State students. There is never an access charge, even if you make dozens of purchases a day. Your money is transferable from one academic year to the next, and if you close your account, the balance of your money is refunded.

AllCampus: Who Uses it and Where?

Any student - whether living on campus or commuting - can benefit from using the AllCampus Network. It eliminates the need to keep up with cash, and it is a great tool for managing your on-campus expenses because your remaining balance is displayed on the screen with each purchase!

AllCampus is accepted at the following locations.

• The NCSU Bookstores: Purchase textbooks, school supplies and sundries as well as all sorts of collegiate clothing and paraphernalia to show your Pack pride!
• University Dining: If you're not on a meal plan but still want to enjoy the convenience of eating on campus, you can use AllCampus at all University Dining locations, including the C-Stores.
• Residence Hall Laundry Facilities: No need to scrounge for quarters on laundry day. Just swipe your card in the reader at the washers or dryers, and you are ready to go.
• Parking Services: You can even pay parking fees through your AllCampus account.
• Vending: No change needed! You can swipe your card and make a selection at many of our on-campus vending machines.
• Ticket Central: You can purchase tickets to many campus events using your AllCampus account.

AllCampus: It's Secure

Because your AllCampus account is accessed through your student ID card that bears your photo, no one can use it but you. While stolen cash can be used anywhere, your account can be frozen immediately if you report your card missing. You will then be issued a new card.* Your money is always safe.

* A small processing fee is charged for replacement cards or to close inactive accounts.

As a student at NC State, you can benefit from the flexibility and security of an AllCampus account. Just print out the form below, fill it out, and mail it in with your first deposit. You can also open an account by visiting the AllCampus office in the West Dunn Building on campus.
